2017-18 (Senior): Swam for the Jackets in the 50 free, 100 back, 200 back, 100 fly, 200 fly, 100 IM and both 200 and 400 free relay events … Posted four NCAA B qualifying times on the season … Turned in an NCAA B mark of 47.98 in the 100 fly at the 2018 ACC Championships and a time of 48.11 in the 100 fly at the Georgia Tech Invitational … Registered NCAA B qualifying times of 1:46.73 and 1:46.80 in the 200 fly at the 2018 ACC Championships … Recorded the third-fastest time on the team in the 100 back (48.12) on the season … Had the third-fastest time for the Jackets on the year in both the 200 back (1:47.17) and the 100 fly (47.98) … Also tallied the fourth-best time on the team in the 200 fly (1:46.73) … Turned in the seventh-best time on the year for Tech in the 50 free (20.80) … Was the third leg in the third-best 200 free relay time (1:20.39) on the year for the Jackets … Totaled nine top-five individual finishes on the season … Finished runner-up in the 100 back in the season-opening dual meet win versus Pittsburgh (50.80) … Also finished second overall in the 100 IM in the final meet of the season versus Emory (52.84) … Touched the wall in third-place overall in the 100 back at Northwestern (50.86) and at South Carolina (51.11) … Recorded a career-best time of 52.84 in the 100 IM in the dual meet with Emory on Senior Day, placing third overall … Placed fourth in the 100 fly versus Pittsburgh (50.07), in the 200 fly versus Delta State (1:57.99) and in the 100 back in the dual meet at Georgia (50.44) … Turned in a fifth-place finish in the 100 fly at South Carolina (50.54) … Finished 19th overall in the 200 fly (1:46.73), 28th in the 100 fly (47.98) and 32nd in the 100 back (50.26) at the 2018 ACC Championships … Was a member of the team’s Leadership Council.

2016-17 (Junior): Recorded new career-best times in the 50 free (20.54), 100 back (47.49) and 100 fly (47.22) at the 2017 ACC Championships … Posted the second-fastest time on the year for Tech in the 100 fly (47.22) and the third-best mark in both the 200 fly (1:47.13) and the 100 back (47.49) … Also had the sixth-best time on the team in the 50 free (20.54) and the ninth-best mark in the 200 back (1:48.61) … Part of the 400 medley relay unit that turned in the second-fastest time on the season at 3:15.16 … A member of both the 200 medley relay (1:29.42) and 200 free relay (1:21.45) teams that recorded the third-fastest times on the year … Totaled 11 top-10 finishes on the season … Recorded a third-place finish in the 200 back (1:51.51) in the tri-meet versus Cincinnati and FAU … Finished fourth in the 100 fly at BC and Pitt (50.95) and versus Georgia (49.60) … Placed fifth in the 100 fly (49.87) versus Notre Dame, and in the 200 fly against Georgia (1:51.05) and versus Florida State and SCAD (1:51.34) … Finished 16th in both the 100 back (47.49) and the 100 fly (47.47) at the 2017 ACC Championships … Also placed 25th in the 200 fly (1:47.70) at the conference championship meet.

2015-16 (Sophomore): Had another strong season for the Jackets, showing the team’s depth in the backstroke and butterfly events … A versatile swimmer who competed in the 50 free, 100 free, 100 back, 200 back, 100 fly, 200 fly, 100 IM and 200 IM over the course of the season … Recorded career-bests in the 100 free (45.69), 100 back (48.13), 100 fly (47.88) and 200 fly (1:46.70) events … Among the team’s top swimmers, ranking second in the 200 fly and 100 IM on the season … Picked up a career-best finish at the ACC Championships in the 100 fly, tying for 15th with a time of 47.89 … Also recorded a 15th-place finish in the 200 fly with a time of 1:46.97, which was good enough to place him sixth on Tech’s all-time list … Finished 21st in the 100 back at the ACC Championships with a time of 48.13.

2014-15 (Freshman): Put together a strong freshman campaign and proved his versatility by recording top-10 times in four different events in the 100 back, 200 back, 200 fly and 200 IM … Scored points in both back events at the ACC Championships … Finished 20th in the 200 back (1:46.15) at the ACC meet, which was the team’s second-best time on the year and ranked fifth on Tech’s all-time list … Finished 22nd in the 100 back (48.75) … Touched the wall in 48.39 in the 100 back to place sixth overall and set the fifth-fastest time in school history at the Georgia Tech Invitational … Placed fifth in the 200 fly at the GT Invitational with a time of 1:48.20, which was Tech’s eighth-fastest in school history … Placed second at the Yellow Jacket Championship Qualifier in the 200 IM in a time of 1:49.64, Tech’s ninth-best time all time in the event.

Before Tech: A three-time South Carolina High School champion in the 100 fly, 100 back and 200 medley relay … A four-time SCHSL All-State selection … A USA Swimming academic all-American in 2011-12 and 2012-13 … Holds the state age group record (age 15-16) in the 100 back … Was a member of the National Honor Society while in high school … Named a 2013-2014 National Merit Semifinalist and an AP Scholar with Distinction.
