Has potential to be an All-ACC running back… moves to B-back this year after starting at A-back in 2009… teamed last season with Jonathan Dwyer and Josh Nesbitt to become the most prolific rushing trio in Georgia Tech history… transferred to Georgia Tech from Louisville following the 2007 season… sat out the 2008 season under NCAA transfer rules and played on the Tech scout team… rushed for more than 1,000 yards and 20 touchdowns in two seasons with the Cardinals… has versatility and pass-catching ability… an explosive runner… on the preseason watch lists for the Doak Walker Award and the Maxwell Award.

2009 (Junior)
The Louisville transfer made an immediate impact, starting at A-back… ranked third on the team in rushing (44.1 ypg)… rushed for 100 yards in a game twice… had five receptions for 112 yards… scored seven touchdowns — six by rushing, one by receiving… averaged a remarkable 9.7 yards per carry… rushed for a touchdown in the FedExOrange Bowl against Iowa (Jan. 5)… carried 11 times for 103 yards and two touchdowns at Virginia (Oct. 24)… had four carries for 81 yards, including a 60-yard scamper, at Florida State (Oct. 10)… rushed three times for 10 yards including a 7-yard touchdown run, and he had one reception for 20 yards at Mississippi State (Oct. 3)… rushed six times for 42 yards (7.0 ypa) and a touchdown at Miami (Sept. 17)… erupted for 127 yards and a touchdown on just five carries in Tech[apos]s 30-27 win over Clemson (Sept. 10)… bolted to an 82-yard touchdown run — tying for the seventh-longest run in Tech history — the first time he touched the ball against the Tigers… caught a 26-yard touchdown pass in his first Georgia Tech game, vs. Jacksonville State (Sept. 5)… rushed for more than 1,100 yards and 20 touchdowns in two seasons at Louisville… gave Tech one of the deepest running back corps in college football.

Sat out under NCAA transfer rules… gave the Yellow Jacket defense a headache by serving as a scout team running back.

2007 (Louisville)
Played in all 12 games… rushed for 696 yards and seven touchdowns on 146 attempts… also caught 21 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns… set the school single-game rushing record in the second game of the season by erupting for 275 yards and two touchdowns on 35 carries… scored a pair of touchdowns and rushed for 96 yards on 18 attempts against in-state rival Kentucky… recorded 122 all-purpose yards against Syracuse with 66 yards rushing and 56 yards receiving.. scored a touchdown and rushed for 85 yards on 19 carries against NC State… caught a touchdown pass against Pitt.

2006 (Louisville)
Played in all 13 games as a true freshman, including his first collegiate start against Cincinnati and one versus Syracuse… had five multiple-touchdown games… led the team in touchdowns with 14 (13 rushing/1 receiving)… carried 96 times for 406 yards and a team-best 13 touchdowns… ranked eighth in the Big East Conference in scoring… scored two touchdowns in the Orange Bowl win over Wake Forest, including a 21-yard reception from Patrick Carter… carried 10 times for 38 yards and two scores against Connecticut… rushed 12 times for 34 yards and two touchdowns against South Florida… scored from two yards out against Rutgers… carried 12 times for 47 yards and a pair of scores against West Virginia… rushed 10 times for 45 yards and two scores against Syracuse… scored on a 17-yard touchdown run… rushed for a career-best 70 yards and a score versus Middle Tennessee… made his collegiate debut in impressive fashion against Kentucky, running nine times for 48 yards and a touchdown.
