TOP STORYLINES

• Winners of seven of its last 10 and their last six ACC series, No. 11 Georgia Tech will look to take the series against No. 4 Georgia on Tuesday in the 17th annual Farmview Market Spring Classic.

• Hosted at the home of the Atlanta Braves, SunTrust Park, the Spring Classic gives proceeds from ticket sales toward funding critical patient and family initiatives at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

• The Jackets are coming off a ACC series win over Virginia Tech on the road and a midweek win over then-No. 23 Auburn last week.

• The Jackets and Bulldogs split the opening two games, with the average margin of victory at 9.5 runs.

• Tech won the first game 11-2 in a rain-shortened, seven inning affair while UGA won the second game 12-2.

• The oldest rivalry in Georgia Tech history, Clean Old-Fashioned Hate enters its 375th game since 1898

• Freshman RHP Cort Roedig is scheduled to get the start on Tuesday, coming off of three-straight quality appearances and one start.

• Over the last two weeks, Tech had five players hit .300 or better.

• Austin Wilhite continues to be on fire, hitting .324 12 hits, a double, five RBI and 10 runs.

• Jackson Webb has started the last five games at third base and has taken advantage. He’s hit .370 for 10 hits, two doubles, a triple and five RBI in the last eight games.

• Baron Radcliff has also been a big time bat over the last 10 games, hitting .306 for three doubles, a homer and six RBI, also drawing 11 walks.

• Tristin English continues to bring power at three hits, a double and a home run in his last four games.

• English took a hard hit-by-pitch on April 29 and remains day-to-day on his return to the field, while still being available on the mound.

• Outfielder Chase Murray returned after missing 18 games due to an injury, appearing in three games this weekend as the designated hitter, getting one hit and an RBI.
