Men's Golf Falls To Arizona In CGF Match Play Team Championships Final

The Georgia Tech men’s golf team fell to Arizona, 3-2, in the championship match of the College Golf Foundation’s National Intercollegiate Match Play Team Championships, presented by Rolex at the West Bay Club in Estero, Fla., this afternoon. The Yellow Jackets defeated Georgia and Texas on the tournament’s first day to advance to the finals.

Georgia Tech, the No. 5 seed in the tournament, knocked off top seed Georgia, 3-2, in the semi-final round and No. 4 seed Texas in a tie-breaker (2.5-2.5) in the first round.
