Martin & McDaniel Prepare for NCAA Championships

THE FLATS – Andres Martin and Marcus McDaniel will represent the Georgia Tech men’s tennis team this week at the NCAA Men’s Singles and Doubles Championships at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. Martin will start competition on Monday, May 22 with the round of 64 singles.

On Monday at 2 p.m., Martin is set to play his first singles match against Texas’ Micah Braswell. The junior enters competition as the No. 6 seed in the singles draw.

Martin will then be joined by McDaniel on Tuesday, May 23 as they open the round of 32 doubles against Vanderbilt’s Jeremie Casabon and Siim Troost.

The entirety of the national championships will continue until Saturday, May 27.
