Barcus Leads Jackets on Day One of Kentucky Invitational

Lexington, Ky. – Senior Kira Barcus finished second in the women’s pole vault with a mark of 10 feet, 11 3/4 inches to lead the Jackets on Day one of the Kentucky Invitational on Friday night.

Freshman Kimery Hern finished the women’s weight throw with a mark of 44 feet, 6 1/4 inches, while teammate Alana Clooten finihsed with a mark of 47 feet, 11 1/4 inches.
