SS Nomar Garciaparra(.277) went 3-for-5 with an RBI single and two solo home runs.Matt Murton (.077) struck out as a pinch-hitter. 1B MarkTeixeira (.272) went 1-for-2 with a double and two walks. CJason Varitek (.215) was 0-for-3 with a strikeout.

DH Charlie Blackmon extended his hitting streak to 10 gameswhile going 1-for-4 with an infield single and a walk. Blackmon is19-for-46 (.413) during his streak. RHP Kevin Cameron workeda 1-2-3 inning in relief while continuing his rehab assignment withClass AAA Portland. LF Wally Crancer (.289) went 0-for-4.
