Yellow Jackets Host No. 14 North Carolina Friday

Atlanta – The Georgia Tech men’s tennis team will play on their home court for the first time in two weeks Friday when they host the fourteenth-ranked Tar Heels of North Carolina at 2:30 p.m. at the Bill Moore Tennis Center on Georgia Tech’s campus.

The Yellow Jackets trail in the all-time series with the `Heels, 10-23, and lost last year’s contest, 5-2, in Chapel Hill, N.C. Tech’s last win over UNC came in 2005 when the Jackets came away with a 4-3 victory.

Tech is coming off their third straight loss falling, 7-0, to Miami Tuesday.

The Jackets are 5-8 overall and 2-1 in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
