ATLANTA (Apr. 11) — The Georgia Tech men’s and women’s tennis teams conclude regular-season action with three Atlantic Coast Conference matches this weekend (Apr. 13-15) at Bill Moore Tennis Center.
The No. 20 Yellow Jacket men, who claimed their highest national ranking since 1988 this week, host No. 39 North Carolina Friday at 2:00 p.m. Georgia Tech (16-4, 6-1 ACC) has won 11 of its last 12 matches and is in second place in the ACC. The 39th-ranked Tar Heels are 9-7 and in third place in the ACC with a 4-2 mark.
The 46th-ranked Georgia Tech women (11-8, 4-2 ACC) host No. 2 Duke (18-1, 5-0 ACC) on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and No. 20 North Carolina (12-5, 3-2 ACC) on Sunday at noon. The Yellow Jackets have won three of their last four matches, including a 5-2 win at Clemson on Tuesday.
