In his first season as a starter, redshirt sophomore Justin Thomas has emerged as both a potent dual threat quarterback and team leader. Thomas leads the Jackets with 721 rushing yards and is 45 yards shy of becoming only the sixth Georgia Tech QB to rush for 1,000 yards in a career.
The Georgia Tech Football Report airs every Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 10:30 a.m. on SportSouth. The 24th-ranked Yellow Jackets (7-2, 4-2 ACC) travel to Raleigh, N.C., to face the NC State Wolfpack (5-4, 1-4 ACC). Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. on the ACC Network.
