THE FLATS –The Georgia Tech women’s basketball team unveiled its social media series that will run during the weeks leading up to and throughout the 2013-14 season. The series will give Yellow Jacket fans a behind-the-scenes look into GT women’s basketball.

The Yellow Jackets will also debut a video blog that will feature senior Tyaunna Marshall and freshman Kaela Davis. The senior veteran and the newcomer will share their different viewpoints throughout the season to give an inside look into Georgia Tech women’s basketball program.
Georgia Tech hosts Clayton State in an exhibition on Oct. 27 at 2 p.m. before opening up the 2013-14 season with a 5 p.m. game against Coppin State at McCamish Pavilion.
During this year’s schedule, the Yellow Jackets will play 16 games at McCamish Pavilion and face 10 teams that made the NCAA Tournament last year. The ACC portion of the Yellow Jacket’s schedule includes home-and-home series with Maryland and Clemson, and home games against defending ACC champion Duke and ACC runner-up North Carolina.
