Volleyball's Pachale Named First Team All-ACC

ORLANDO, Fla. (Nov. 17) — Georgia Tech sophomore outside hitter Maja Pachale (Schwerin, Germany) was named as a first team all-Atlantic Coast Conference selection on Wednesday night at the annual Atlantic Coast Conference Championship banquet.

Pachale, who presently leads the ACC with an average of 4.68 kills/game, is Tech’s seventh volleyball player to be a first team all-conference selection. The Jackets have had at least one player receive first team honors in each of the last seven seasons.
