Tech fans can secure a seat to the highly anticipated Georgia Tech-UConn matchup for just $10. The 11-time national champion Huskies visit The Flats for just the second time in program history and first since 2010. Georgia Tech is set to return 10 letterwinners from last season’s NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 squad after finishing the season ranked No. 22 in the USA Today/WBCA Top 25 Postseason Coaches Poll.
Fan can get their first look at the 2021-22 Yellow Jackets on Monday, Nov. 1 when Tech welcomes Clayton State for an exhibition contest at 6 p.m. The official home tip-off of the season will take place on Thursday, Nov. 11 when Tech hosts Kennesaw State at 7 p.m.
The Yellow Jackets return their top three leading scorers who averaged in double-figures last season in Lotta-Maj Lahtinen (15.0 points per game), Kierra Fletcher (13.0 ppg) and Lorela Cubaj (12.5 ppg). Cubaj averaged a double-double last season, leading the ACC in rebounding with an 11.5 rebounds per game average.
