Ty Marshall was named ACC Freshman of the week for her play during the week of December 27th to January 2nd. The selection is her fourth selection so far this season, tied for the most of anyone in the ACC since the 2007-2008 season. The rookie out of Upper Marlboro, Maryland averaged 22.0 points per contest in helping to lead the Jackets to a 3-0 week, with wins over Mercer, Tennessee State and Jacksonville State at Alexander Memorial Coliseum.
