Georgia Tech passed for 359 yards last Saturday against Pitt, which was the Yellow Jackets’ most passing yards in a game since they threw for 365 against Western Carolina on Sept. 1, 2011 and their most against an NCAA Division I FBS opponent since it had 486 passing yards at Virginia on Nov. 10, 2001. QB Jeff Sims threw for all 359 yards against Pitt, which were the most passing yards for a Yellow Jacket since George Godsey had all 486 yards against Virginia in ’01.
