With the return to school, means the return to the diamond for the Georgia Tech softball team. The 2012 team got back to action holding their first practice of the season on Tuesday, January 10.
The conditions weren’t favorable for the Jackets, but they pushed through doing some outfield drills while the pitching staff practiced indoors in the batting cages.
Just 30 days remain before Tech returns to the diamond for their first game of the year against Oregon State at the Kajikawa Classic in Tempe, Ariz. The game will begin at 8:30 a.m. Arizona time, 10:30 a.m. ET.
