Alyssa Ishibashi, a four-year softball letterwinner at North Carolina State University, enters her second year withthe program and first as the graduate manager after servingasthe volunteer assistant coach a year ago.
Ishibashi started at second base for the Wolfpack all four years of her career, amounting to 186 games of ACC competition. In 2009, Ishibashi lead the team in batting average (.282), hits (40), runs (17), and multi-hit games (10), and was named to the All-ACC Tournament Team. Ishibashi also served as the softball team[apos]s Student-Athlete Advisory Board Representative from 2008-2011, and received ACC Honor Roll and Scholar Athlete honors in 2010 and 2011.
After graduating North Carolina State in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in history, Ishibashi was an assistant softball coach at North Carolina Central University until 2013.
