A college football coaching veteran, Mike Cassano begins his first year as Georgia Tech[apos]s assistant director of player personnel.
Cassano returns to college football where he served as running backs coach at Miami in 2010. From 2007-09, he worked as running backs coach and recruiting coordinator at Florida International.
A 1994 graduate of New Hampshire, Cassano has previously worked at New Hampshire (defensive graduate assistant), Lehigh (defensive graduate assistant), Eastern Michigan (defensive graduate assistant), Brown (running backs coach in 1997), Massachusetts (running backs coach from 1998-2003) and Miami (offensive assistant from 2004-06).
