Play Postponed for Georgia Tech Men's Tennis at Puerto Rico Invitational

Following a day of scattered showers in the Puerto Rico area, Thursdays matches at the Puerto Invitational were postponed. Play will resume Friday morning beginning with the originally scheduled Thursday matches, followed matches that have been scheduled for Friday.

Four lines of doubles were completed Wednesday afternoon with Georgia Tech winning three of four matches. Jose Muguruza and Sukhwa Young paired together to defeat Ryler DeHeart and Monte Tucker of Illinois, 8-4 while Marko Rajevac and Scott Blackmon teamed up to post a victory over Evan Zeder and Brandon Davis of Illinois, 8-6 and George Gvelesiani and Jordan Delass defeated California’s Vaclav Burger and Jirou Nakajima, 8-6. Tech’s only defeat on the afternoon was an 8-6 loss suffered by Zachary Rath and David North to Kevin Anderson and Pramod Dabir of Illinois.
