THE FLATS – The first step to secure seats at renovated Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field in 2027 has begun, as Georgia Tech athletics is now accepting commitments to 2027 football season tickets.
As announced earlier this month, Georgia Tech athletics has finalized the Bobby Dodd Stadium reseating process that must take place due to the upcoming renovation of the 113-year-old home of Tech football. The renovation will begin immediately following the completion of the Yellow Jackets’ 2026 home schedule and be completed in time for the 2027 season.
The reseating process is Georgia Tech football’s first in 24 years, since the completion of Bobby Dodd Stadium’s last major renovation in 2003. Therefore, by committing to 2027 season tickets, fans are not just securing their opportunity to lock in a location for their family’s seats at Bobby Dodd Stadium in 2027, but for years to come.
The first step of the reseating process is to commit to 2027 season tickets by Dec. 31, 2026. Committing to season tickets is a quick and easy process that can be completed by logging into your Georgia Tech athletics ticket account and simply paying the base price of $250 per season ticket. Payments can be spread over four installments (due on day of commitment, Oct.15, 2026, Nov. 15, 2026 and Dec. 1, 2026).
An optional advancement on the required TECH Fund contribution for 2027 seating locations can also be made as part of this fall’s 2027 season tickets commitment process. Benefits of putting down an advancement on TECH Fund contributions this fall include spreading payments for the TECH Fund contribution over a four-month period and receiving A-T Fund Priority Points (one point per $100 contributed) ahead of a Priority Points rankings freeze that will occur on Dec. 31 (click HERE for more information).
Fans that commit to 2027 season tickets by Dec. 31, 2026 will be included in the seat selection process that will begin in February 2027. Personalized dates and times to select seats will be based on Alexander-Tharpe Fund Priority rankings as of Dec. 31, 2026.

Step 1: Commit to Your 2027 Season Tickets
Click HERE to log in to your Georgia Tech athletics ticket account and complete the quick and easy process to commit to 2027 season tickets by simply paying the base price of $250 per season ticket.
Step 2: Consider Opportunities to Boost Your A-T Fund Priority Points
Consider making an advancement on your TECH Fund contribution for 2027, gifts to the Full Steam Ahead initiative and/or Athletics Scholarship Fund and purchasing tickets for other Georgia Tech sports this fall. These commitments will increase your A-T Fund Priority Points before Priority Points rankings freeze on Dec. 31, 2026.
Step 3: Review Your A-T Fund Priority Points
In December, before A-T Fund Priority Points rankings are frozen for the purposes of reseating, please log into the Georgia Tech Donor Portal to make sure that your information and giving history are accurate. Click HERE to login to the Donor Portal.
Step 4: Receive Your Assigned Seat Selection Time
In late January 2027, all season ticket members that committed to 2027 season tickets will receive an assigned date and time to select their seats. The personalized dates and times will be based on A-T Fund Priority Points rankings as of Dec. 31, 2026.
Step 5: Select Your Seats
At your assigned date and time in February 2027, you will be able to review available seat inventory online and select your seats!
Key things for Georgia Tech season ticket members to remember include:
- While the original design for the upcoming Bobby Dodd Stadium renovation included reducing stadium capacity to around 42,000 seats, the new design will keep capacity at right around 50,000 seats. Therefore, most season ticket members will have the ability to remain in or near their current seats in this reseating process.
- 2027 season ticket prices and TECH Fund commitments for all bowl seating areas (non-premium) will not increase from 2026. The 2027 schedule includes Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate versus archrival Georgia being played at the newly renovated Bobby Dodd Stadium.
