The fourth-seed Yellow Jackets defeated the second-seed Seminoles 80-75 to win the ACC Tournament Championship. This is the fourth ACC Championship in Georgia Tech history and the first since 1993. The Yellow Jackets were terrific on defense. Georgia Tech had 15 steals and forced 25 FSU turnovers, and the Yellow Jackets scored 31 points off those turnovers. Michael Devoe was named ACC Tournament MVP. He was the Yellow Jackets’ leading scorer with 20 points in the championship game. Jose Alvarado had 13 points, five rebounds, five steals, and three assists.
