THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech Athletic Association has announced that the first-ever men’s basketball game at McCamish Pavilion is sold out. The Yellow Jacket host the Tulane Green Wave Friday at 7 p.m. to open the 98th season of basketball on the Flats.
“We’re thrilled that Tech fans and greater Atlanta have responded with great interest and excitement to the start of our basketball season and opening of McCamish Pavilion, as highlighted by this sellout,” said acting director of athletics Paul Griffin. “This promises to be a special weekend for them and our teams.”
