Georgia Tech Athletics is seeking students with production experience to join their Live Video Production team. Experience in the field is preferred, but not required. Students will gain experience both by working inside the athletic department on the Georgia Tech campus during the week as well as at athletic events.

WHAT WE DO 

• Produce live telecasts and streams of NCAA sanctioned sporting events on Georgia Tech’s campus.
• Handle production for all home broadcasts of volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball, plus select football games.
• Collaborate with ESPN and regional sports networks through the ACC’s media rights agreement.
• Support in-venue entertainment and fan experience by producing video board shows at athletic events.
• Produce key campus events such as New Student Convocation and Commencement Ceremonies.
• Operate on a continuous production cycle, balancing preparation, execution, and post event activities.

Georgia Tech Athletic Association (GTAA) is seeking qualified applicants for the Marketing/Fan Experience internship program. This internship is for those seeking practical experience as a requirement to their degree program and will support GTAA initiatives through the coordination and implementation of various creative, marketing, and sales strategies. GAME PRESENTATION

Immerse yourself into a GT game day. Assist with sponsorship activations, provide high levels of customer service, and help create memories that will last a lifetime for fans. Help make GT the place to be on any given game day!

DIGITAL AND TRADITIONAL MARKETING

Atlanta is one of the major markets in the country. Work to gain experience in promoting GT Game Days to various audience in and around the 404. Learn how to analyze and interpret data that can strategically get fans in the stands!

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Every organization must have strong ties to their community. With Atlanta being in a major market, we need to ensure we are creating engaging and meaningful programs that can create strong brand awareness and affinity!

EVENT PLANNING

• Fall Marketing & Fan Experience Interns are expected to work the following number home events at minimum:

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented student interested in sports operations, event management, and collegiate athletics administration. The Spirit Operations intern will assist with coordinating event logistics, invoice processing, and organizing team merchandise and apparel orders. ● Assist with confirming event schedules, appearances, and logistics with internal and external partners
