THE FLATS – For the fourth time this season, Georgia Tech football will featured in primetime when it visits Miami (Fla.) on Oct. 7, as the Atlantic Coast Conference showdown between the Yellow Jackets and Hurricanes will kick off at 8 p.m. and be televised nationally on ACC Network, the ACC and its television partners announced on Monday.
Georgia Tech (2-2, 1-1 ACC), which has previously played under the lights against Louisville (ESPN), OIe Miss (SEC Network) and Wake Forest (The CW) this season, draws the ACC Network’s primetime slot for its trip to Miami (4-0, 0-0 ACC), which is currently ranked No. 18 nationally. The Hurricanes will take their undefeated record into the contest, as they are idle this week.
Before heading to Miami, Georgia Tech hosts Bowling Green this Saturday (Sept. 30) at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. on ACC Network. Tickets are still available – click HERE to purchase online.
Be sure to arrive on The Flats early for Saturday’s game, as Helluva Block Party Driven by Hyundai will feature a pregame concert by multi-platinum country songwriter and artist Chris Janson. Click HERE for more information on Helluva Block Party.
