Duvall Finishes 10th in 3,000-SC at USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Freshman Cristan Duvall closed out competition for the Georgia Tech men’s and women’s track and field teams with a 10th-place finish in the men’s 3,000-Steeplechase, posting a time of 9:43.56, at the USA Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Sunday night.

On Saturday night, freshman All-American Ashlee Kidd tallied a first-place finish in the 400 meters with a time of 52.91 to earn a spot at the IAAF World Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships, July 13-18, 2004, in Grosseto, Italy.

Freshman Jennifer Sims finished sixth in the women’s 800 meters for Tech with a time of 2:12.41.
