Bark at the Park, Tailgating Highlight Tech Promotions

THE FLATS – With the upcoming baseball season just a week away, 11th-ranked Georgia Tech announced its 2022 promotional scheduled, including expanded tailgating opportunities for the season and Bark at the Park at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium.

WRECK HAVOC TAILGATING

Georgia Tech will be offering expanded tailgating options for weekend series during the 2022 home regular season outside of Gate 3 at the corner of Fowler and Ferst Street. Lots will measure 15-feet-by-15-feet and will open 3 hours prior to the scheduled first pitch. Full information on Wreck Havoc Tailgating policies can be found HERE!

BARK AT THE PARK

Save the date because Georgia Tech will be hosting all your furry friends for a Bark at the Park day at Mac Nease Baseball Park on Tuesday, March 29 as the Jackets take on Charleston Southern at 6 p.m. Fans and their dogs will also have an opportunity for souvenirs and more as they cheer on their Yellow Jackets!

Full ticketing and event information for both humans and canines for Bark at the Park will be announced at a later date.

PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Highlights of giveaways this season at Mac Nease Baseball Park include adidas T-shirts, long sleeves and baseball-specific apparel, as well as “Welcome to Atlanta” shirts, Hawaiian shirts and more.

Other specialty games include #THWg Night (March 4), Trivia Night (March 15), St. Patrick’s Day Eve (March 16), Greek Night (March 18), Junior Jackets Day (March 20), Superhero Day (April 9), Fan Appreciation Day and more. The Jackets will also host “ATL Weekend” against Virginia Tech (March 11-13) – featuring mascots and pro team contributions all weekend long – and an ALS Awareness Game on Saturday, April 30 in honor of Georgia Tech Hall of Famer Jim Poole.

Games throughout the season will also feature special first-pitch guests.

GEORGIA TECH BASEBALL TICKETS

Be there for all the heart-stopping action as Georgia Tech baseball defends its ACC Coastal Division crown! Opening Day is slated for Friday, Feb. 18 as the Yellow Jackets prepare to host more than 30 home games at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium – one of the country’s premier collegiate baseball venues. Fans currently have a multitude of options for securing their spot this year, including season tickets, six-game packages, Georgia Tech’s Flex Plan and single-game tickets.
