THE FLATS – Georgia Tech head football coach Paul Johnson will meet with the media at 11:30 a.m. ET Tuesday to discuss the Yellow Jackets’ 2013 season opener. Kickoff against Elon is set for noon at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
