Wang Posts an NCAA B Time in 200 Free at the NCAAs

Day Three Prelims Results 

COLUMBUS, Ohio — In her second day of competition at the 2018 NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday, junior Iris Wang posted an NCAA B time of 1:45.91 in the 200 free prelims held at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion in Columbus, Ohio.

Her time placed her in 32nd-place overall in the 200 free event. Her NCAA prelims time on Friday is an NCAA B mark and is the third-fastest time this season for the school-record holder. She set a new school record at the 2018 ACC Championships last month with a time of 1:45.53.

The prelims Saturday will start at 10 a.m. with the finals set for a 6 p.m.
