July 8, 2015

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Senior defensive back D.J. White and redshirt junior quarterback Justin Thomas will represent the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at the 2015 ACC Football Kickoff. This year’s ACC Kickoff will be held July 19-21 at the Pinehurst Resort in the Village of Pinehurst, N.C.

The 2015 ACC Football Kickoff credential site is currently taking applications from accredited members of the media and will continue to do so until 12 p.m. on July 15.

Thomas was one of 80 players named to the Maxwell Watch List earlier this week. White started all 14 games in the secondary for the Yellow Jackets in 2014. He posted 66 tackles – including 52 solo – and 2.5 tackles for loss, and was later named All-ACC honorable mention by the media. He recorded a team-high-tying four interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown. He also registered a team-best eight pass break-ups, including a career-high-tying three PBUs in each of Georgia Tech’s last two bowl appearances.
