Georgia Tech will hold The Great Jacket Encounter I, formerly Fan Photo Day, on Saturday, Aug. 18 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Callaway Plaza at the north end of Bobby Dodd Stadium at Historic Grant Field. Admission is free, and fans are invited to join the Yellow Jackets for autographs, photos and fun.
Head coach Chan Gailey and the entire football team will be available, and Buzz and the Tech cheerleaders will also be on hand. Free Georgia Tech football posters will be distributed, and concessions will be available.
Earlier in the day, from 11-1, the Yellow Jackets will hold an intra-squad scrimmage.
Fan Information: Free parking will be available in Peter’s Parking Deck. For the scrimmage, fans can enter and exit the stadium at Gate 9. For the scrimmage, fans shoulder enter and exit through Gate 5.
