Tech-Virginia Kickoff Set for 1 p.m.

Georgia Tech’s home football game against Virginia will kick off at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium/Grant Field and will be televised on ABC-TV (WSB Channel 2 in Atlanta).

Tech (6-3, 4-3 ACC), coming off a 30-10 victory over Connecticut, hosts the 10th-ranked Cavaliers in the Yellow Jackets final home game of the season. Virginia (7-2, 4-2) is coming off a 31-21 loss to Miami.

With six victories, the Yellow Jackets are eligible for a school-record eighth consecutive bowl game.
