Tashard Choice's Phone Call From The Cowboys' Jerry Jones

May 1, 2008

Listen to that conversation.

Moments before former Yellow Jacket running back Tashard Choice was drafted in the fourth round of the NFL Draft by Dallas, he received a phone call from the Cowboys’ Jerry Jones. Listen to that conversation.

Choice was the 23rd pick of the fourth round and the 122nd selection overall by the Dallas Cowboys. He was the fourth player selected by Dallas and he was the second running back taken by the Cowboys, who used one of their two first-round picks on Arkansas’ Felix Jones.

Choice is the first Tech player taken by the Cowboys since linebacker Willis Crockett in 1989.
