William Webster joined Georgia Tech athletics as assistant director of data analytics in 2023.
Webster came to The Flats after one-and-a-half years as associate director of business and technology at Stanford. Prior to his stint at Stanford, he was a data analyst at Alabama from 2020-22.
A native of nearby Johns Creek, Ga., Webster is a two-time graduate from Alabama, earning a bachelor’s degree in 2020 and an MBA (business analytics specialization) in 2022. As a student at Alabama, he was a member of the cheer team, portraying the Crimson Tide’s mascot, Big Al, from 2017-21.
