Somer Kelly joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in January 2024 as an academic advisor, working directly with the football program.
Before coming to Georgia Tech, Kelly served as an academic advisor at Hampton University in 2022, where she supported student-athletes across multiple sports, including football, volleyball, lacrosse, softball, track and field, and cheerleading.
A native of Fauquier County, Va., Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Old Dominion University in 2022. During her time at ODU, she was a four-year member of the cheerleading team.
