A longtime member of the Georgia Tech athletics video department, Leland Leverette began his career in the department in 2010 as an affiliate and currently serves as an assistant director of video operations.
In his current role, Leverette is instrumental in the execution of live sporting events at Georgia Tech, creation of media used in the ESPN shows, as well as the production of press conferences and footage retrieval and archival process.
Upon his arrival on The Flats as an affiliate, Leverette helped produce, film and edit the Georgia Tech Coach’s Shows for football and men’s basketball (2010-2021). Additionally, he contributed to the in-house production team and the ESPN productions produced by Georgia Tech.
A Detroit, Michigan native, Leverette graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial and systems engineering in 2009.
