Greg Keel was named Georgia Tech’s assistant athletics director for ticket operations in February 2024.
Keel came to The Flats after 17 years at South Alabama, where he most recently served as assistant A.D./external relations from 2017-25. In that role, he oversaw all ticket office operations, sales, annual and per seat giving and deposits and reconciliation of all revenues. He also served as the ticketing lead for several high-profile external football events hosted by USA, including the Senior Bowl, 68 Ventures Bowl, Alabama North/South All-Star Game and Alabama/Mississippi All-Star Game.
Prior to being elevated to assistant A.D./external relations, Keel also held roles as USA’s assistant A.D/ticket operations, sales and annual fund (2015-17), director of athletic ticket sales and donor services (2010-15) and ticket sales executive (2008-10).
Keel holds a B.S. in sport management from Georgia Southern, where he was a student assistant/intern in athletic operations from 2006-07.
He and his wife, Stephanie, have a daughter, Addison.
