Andy Moxley joined Georgia Tech athletics in October 2024 as the athletics department’s human resources business partner.
Moxley originally came to Georgia Tech in 2022 as HR business partner for the department of infrastructure and sustainability. Through his leadership, the I&S HR team grew with the addition of three HR consultants to support the expansion of the organization and to enhance HR service delivery. His most notable accomplishment was the establishment of the I&S building maintenance apprenticeship program in 2024.
Moxley holds a B.A in business administration with a concentration in human resources from American InterContinental University and a M.S. in leadership and human resources development from LSU.1
