Amanda Skipwith is in her second season as director of recruiting operations at Georgia Tech.
Skipwith came to Georgia Tech in 2023 from Alabama, where she served as recruiting operations coordinator in 2022. In her role, she helped the Crimson Tide sign the nation’s top-ranked recruiting class.
Skipwith, who graduated from Alabama in December 2021 with a B.S. in exercise science and a minor in biology, served in a variety of roles as a student at UA, including two years as a recruiting logistics and operations student worker for the Crimson Tide football program.
A member of Honors College, Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Lambda Delta honor societies, Skipwith was a two-time President’s List student and three-time Dean’s List honoree.
In the community, Skipwith was active in Alabama’s Student Recruitment Team, the “Beat Auburn, Beat Hunger” fundraiser, UA for St. Jude and the NAACP.
