Spring Football Practice #7

April 4, 2008

ATLANTA — The Georgia Tech football team got its first taste of April showers today, including a 30-minute downpour, in the Yellow Jackets’ seventh practice of the spring.

Tech will practice again tomorrow at 9 a.m. in Bobby Dodd Stadium. The weather forecast: heavy rain.

A larger than normal crowd watched the first part of practice before taking cover. Some 300 high school coaches were on campus today as the Yellow Jacket coaching staff conducted a clinic during the day. The clinic continues through tomorrow.

The Yellow Jackets have seven practices remaining before the April 19th Spring Game at 1 p.m. in Bobby Dodd Stadium.
