Indoor: Set a new personal best in the Samford Invitational 800 meters with a mark of 2:18.24 … Also set a personal best in the mile at the Southern Miss Cupid Classic and earned an eighth-place finish with a time of 5:08.37 … Ran a leg of the DMR that won the event at the Orange and Purple Classic in 12:33.15. Outdoor: Did not compete.
2013 Cross Country:
Finished second for Georgia Tech, and sixth overall, at the Berry Invitational with a 6K time of 22:53 … Finished the Louisville Classic in 19:22, a career-best 5K time … Also recorded her career best 6K time of 22:48 at the Furman Classic.
2013 Track:
Indoor: Finished seventh in the 1,000m, her first collegiate track event, at the Orange and Purple Winter Classic … Improved her 1,000m time to 3:06.35 at the Meyo Invite … Ran her fastest mile (5:14.72) at the Rod McCravy Invite. Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 1,500m at the Georgia Relays with a time of 4:56.01 … Shaved almost 10 second off that time to 4:47.93 at the Alabama Relays … Recorded a season-best 800m time of 2:21.62 at the Auburn Track Classic.
