Roman Goode is in his second season as director of scouting at Georgia Tech.
Prior to his arrival on The Flats, Goode worked in the recruiting departments at a pair of nearby Southeastern Conference programs – Tennessee (personnel/recruiting analyst – 2022-24) and Alabama (recruitment specialist – 2019-22).
Goode earned a degree in public relations/image management from Alabama in 2021.
