As A Senior In 2011-12: Shaved nearly three seconds off his previous career best in the 200 breast, collecting a career-best sixth-place finish at the ACC Championship (1:59.36), and moving up to the fifth on Tech’s all-time list in the event… Was 19th in the ACC Championship in the 200 IM with a career-best time of 1:49.47 and finished 18th in the 400 IM (3:57.39)… Set a career-best time in the 100 breast (59.33) in a meet versus Florida State and NC State.
As A Junior In 2010-11: Netted three season best times at the Virginia Tech Invitational … Earned a first place finish in the 200-Breast en route to setting a season best time of 2:02.37 … Notched a time of 1:53.23 seconds in the 200-IM on the way to a second place finish … Took home the victory in the 400-IM, also setting a season best time of 4:00.44 at the VT Invite.
,b>As A Sophomore In 2009-10: Upped his personal best 200-IM time in the preliminaries (1:50.59) at the ACC Championships finishing with a 24th place showing in the race coming across in 1:52.48… Took 24th in the 400-IM at the ACC Championships with a time of 3:59.06 also finishing 15th in the 200-Breast with a season best time of 2:03.69.
As A Freshman In 2008-09: Set career-bests in the 200-Breast (2:02.54), 200-IM (1:50.79) and 400-IM (3:55.90) at the ACC Championships, all of which rank in the all-time Georgia Tech top 10 … Also set career bests in the 500-Free (4:50.28) and 200-Fly (1:59.21) in dual meets with Florida State and Clemson, respectively.
