A donation of $250 can be made to the TECH Fund in return for the purchase of terrace level seats atop Section 103.

In the event a game time is changed by two hours or more and you are no longer able to attend, tickets can be exchanged for a future game. Tickets can be exchanged by emailing the ticket office: tickets@athletics.gatech.edu.
In the event a regular season home softball game is rained out/canceled, that game's ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining regular season game at Shirley Clements Mewborn Field during that same season while tickets are still available.
If a doubleheader is scheduled to make up the rainout, then the ticket for the regularly scheduled game will be good for admission to the corresponding game.
If the game postponed is replayed at a later date, the ticket is valid for the date the game is replayed.
Rainout tickets can be exchanged from the Athletic Association Ticket Office by emailing tickets@athletics.gatech.edu.
