2020 (Redshirt Junior): Made the move to defensive back during the offseason … Saw action in nine games at cornerback and on special teams … Finished the season with 10 tackles … Had three tackles apiece at Boston College (Oct. 24) and versus Notre Dame (Oct. 31) … Made two tackles at NC State (Dec. 5).

2019 (Redshirt Sophomore): Became one of the nation’s most dynamic players … Appeared in all 12 games, including two starts at quarterback – Aug. 29 at then-No. 1 Clemson and Sept. 28 at Temple … Switched to wideout a third of the way through the season … Also received kick returns … Became one of just three FBS players since 2000 to record 100 passing yards, 100 receiving yards, 200 rushing yards and 200 kick return yards in a single season (Lynn Bowden, Jr. in 2019– Kentucky; Darren McFadden in 2007 – Arkansas) … At quarterback, finished 11-for-26 for 177 passing yards and just two interceptions … Finished third on the team with 55 carries for 279 yards and two rushing touchdowns, averaging 5.1 yards per carry and 23.2 yards per game … Also returned 14 kicks for 297 yards, averaging 21.2 yards per return … Rushed for 56 yards on 20 carries, while passing 3-for-9 for 65 yards and two interceptions in the season-opener against Clemson … Ran nine times for 48 yards and a touchdown, threw 2-for-3 for 11 yards and returned one kick for 16 yards in the home-opening win over South Florida (Sept. 7) … Fell just shy of the century mark against The Citadel (Sept. 14), taking 11 carries for 92 yards, while throwing 2-for-3 for 27 yards and taking two kicks back for 96 yards, including a career-long 52-yard return … Hauled in four receptions for 56 yards, including a career-long 37-yarder from James Graham in the first quarter at Virginia (Nov. 9) … Caught his first touchdown of his career, a 13-yard completion, in the primetime victory over NC State (Nov. 21).

2018 (Redshirt Freshman): Put on a show as Georgia Tech’s backup quarterback for the vast majority of the season … Appeared in 12 games but made only one start in place of injured starter TaQuon Marshall – Oct. 25 at Virginia Tech … Despite making only one start, ranked second on the team, 10th in the ACC and 75th nationally in rushing with 876 yards (73.0 per game) … Led Georgia Tech, ranked fourth in the ACC and 34th nationally with 12 rushing touchdowns … Led team, ranked fifth in the ACC and 43rd nationally (min. 10 carries per game) with 5.76 yards per carry … 12 total touchdowns were good for fourth in the ACC and 57th nationally … 876 rushing yards was the sixth-highest single-season rushing total by a quarterback in Georgia Tech history … 12 touchdown runs were the fifth-most by a QB and tied for the 10th-most overall in school history … In his only start, rushed for 215 yards and three touchdowns on 40 carries to lead Georgia Tech to a nationally televised, primetime victory at Virginia Tech … 40 carries were the second-most by any player in Georgia Tech history (behind only Marshall’s 44 carries vs. Tennessee in 2017) and his 215 rushing yards were the second-most by a quarterback (behind Marshall’s 249 vs. UT in ’17) and the seventh-most overall in Tech’s all-time annals … Oliver’s 215 yards against VT were the second-most by an NCAA Division I FBS quarterback, the most by an FBS QB vs. an FBS opponent and the 28th-most by any FBS player in a single game in 2018 … His 40 carries were the most by an FBS QB and tied for the most by any FBS player in a game in ’18 … He was named ACC Rookie of the Week following the incredible performance in his first-career start vs. VT … Despite the Virginia Tech game being his only start, Oliver put up gaudy numbers throughout his redshirt-freshman campaign … Opened the season by running for 72 yards on 12 carries in his first-career game vs. Alcorn State (Sept. 1) … Followed that up by rushing for 97 yards and three touchdowns in only a quarter of action in place of injured Marshall at USF (Sept. 8) … Came off the bench to put together back-to-back 100-yard rushing performances in routs over Bowling Green (115 yards and two TD on Sept. 29) and Louisville (103 yards and two TD on Oct. 5) … Followed up the historic start at Virginia Tech by coming off the bench to account for 224 total yards (120 rushing, 104 passing) and three touchdowns (two rushing, one passing) in 38-28 victory at North Carolina (Nov. 3) … Was named ACC Rookie of the Week for the second-straight week following the winning performance at UNC … Closed the season by running for 69 yards in Quick Lane Bowl vs. Minnesota (Dec. 26) … In addition to the gaudy rushing numbers, Oliver completed 7-of-16 passes for 167 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions on the season.

2017 (True Freshman): Redshirted.

High School: Rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports, Rivals and Scout … Three-year starter at quarterback and team captain at Northside … Helped lead team to state championship as a sophomore in 2014 and appearance in state semifinals as a senior in 2016 … Totaled 7,003 yards of offense during prep career with a school-record 3,785 passing yards and 3,218 rushing yards (good for No. 3 in school history) … Amassed 3,064 yards of total offense (1,604 passing, 1,460 rushing) and accounted for 31 touchdowns (16 passing, 15 rushing) as a senior … Coached by Kevin Kinsler … Also a four-year letterwinner and two-time captain as a shooting guard in basketball … Honors student … Bible study group leader.

Personal: Earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia Tech in December 2020 … Is pursuing a master’s degree in building construction and facility management.
