Rakitt/Fiegel Fall at ITA All-American

Tulsa, Okla. – Georgia Tech’s Nathan Rakitt and Cole Fiegel lost a straight-set match and came up one win short in doubles qualifying at the Saint Francis Health Systems ITA All-American Men’s Tennis Championships at the University of Tulsa.

Qualifying doubles draw

The Tech duo, ranked 57th in the nation among collegiate doubles teams, lost 6-3, 6-1 to fifth-seeded Jordan Angus and Filip Vittek of the University of San Diego. Carlos Benito and Eduardo Segura, the nation’s 20th-ranked doubles team, are in the main doubles draw and begin completion Thursday.
