Yellow Jackets Advance in Main Draw Friday

Three singles wins and two doubles Friday at ITA Southeast Regional

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Georgia Tech women’s tennis secured three singles wins and two in doubles action in the main draws at the 2026 ITA Southeast Regional Friday. 

Seri Nayuki, Taylor Goetz and Given Roach collected two-set victories in their singles matches, with Nayuki and Goetz’s wins coming against players from Georgia and Miami, respectively. Roach’s win came against Sara Radojevic from Georgia State. 

In the doubles ladder, Nayuki and Goetz picked up an 8-1 win over a duo from North Florida. Rishitha Basireddy and Olivia Carneiro also defeated a pair from North Florida, 8-5, to advance in the doubles main draw. 

All eight Yellow Jackets return to the court Saturday, Oct. 10 with Nayuki, Goetz and Roach continuing in the singles main draw. Three Tech pairs will compete in doubles main draw action, with Eleni Karantali and Given Roach making their first appearance as a duo this weekend.
