CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Four Yellow Jackets secured their spot in the main draw following action in the qualifying rounds at the 2026 ITA Women’s Southeast Regional Thursday.
Taylor Goetz, Olivia Carneiro and Rishitha Basireddy earned two-set victories in the round of 32 to advance, including a pair of 6-0 sets from Carneiro. Goetz picked up a second victory on the day in the round of 16, 6-3, 7-5, over Malika Amirgalieva from North Florida.
The trio joins Given Roach, Taly Licht and Seri Nayuki in main draw action Friday, Oct. 9. The main doubles draw also opens Friday afternoon with three Tech duos on the bracket.
