Jackets Slated for National Television in 2026-27

Georgia Tech men’s basketball tip times and television designations finalized

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech men’s basketball will be featured prominently this upcoming season with nationally televised broadcasts as the Atlantic Coast Conference and ESPN announced tip-off times and TV designations for the 2026-27 season across the league on Wednesday afternoon.

Georgia Tech will appear on national television in 24 of its 32 regular season contests, including 10 on ACC Network, eight on ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU and four on The CW.

Tech’s non-conference slate is highlighted by three contests on ESPNU beginning with the Jackets’ in-state showdown against Georgia on Nov. 20 at 8 p.m. The Jackets will also appear on ESPNU against Murray State (Dec. 6 – 4 p.m.) and Florida (Dec. 12 – 12 p.m.). As previously announced, the SEC/ACC Challenge game at Mississippi State will tip at 9:15 p.m. on SEC Network. Additionally, ACC Network picked up Tech’s non-conference tilt against The Citadel on Dec. 9.

The Yellow Jackets will open ACC play at home with a national broadcast on ESPN against Duke on Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. Fans will also have the opportunity to watch the Jackets on ESPNU when Clemson visits McCamish Pavilion on Feb. 16 and ESPN2 when the Jackets travel to Pittsburgh on Feb. 20. Additionally, Tech’s contests at Clemson (Jan. 12 – 9 p.m.) and against Louisville (Jan. 30 – 12 p.m.) will be broadcast on either ESPN or ESPN2.

Tech will appear on The CW when it travels to Syracuse (Jan. 2 – 12 p.m.), Virginia (Jan. 27 – 8 p.m.), North Carolina (Feb. 6- 2:15 p.m.) and when SMU visits Atlanta on Feb. 27. The Jackets’ full slate is listed below.

Georgia Tech begins a new era of men’s basketball under first-year head coach Scott Cross. The Yellow Jackets welcome 13 newcomers to the roster of 15, including seven transfers and six freshmen. Tech will play a pair of exhibition games for its final preseason tune-ups, beginning with a contest against Maryland this Sunday, Oct. 11.
