Georgia Tech and Pitt are meeting for the 19th time in a series that dates all the way back to 1918 and included 10-straight annual ACC matchups from 2013-22. Pitt leads the all-time series, 12-6, and the Yellow Jackets have won in just two of their seven previous trips to Pittsburgh. However, in Tech’s most recent trip to Pitt’s Acrisure Stadium on Oct. 1, 2022, the Yellow Jackets topped the 24th-ranked Panthers, 26-21, in Brent Key’s first game as the Jackets’ interim head coach.

With the announcement of the 7:30 p.m. kickoff on ESPN2, Georgia Tech has now been selected to play in primetime four times in its first eight games of the 2026 season.

Before the Yellow Jackets make the trip to Halloween trip to Pitt, they face Boston College this Saturday (Oct. 24) for homecoming at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. (TV: ACC Network).

Tickets for Saturday’s homecoming game are still available and can be purchased by clicking HERE.
