THE FLATS – Georgia Tech women’s basketball’s 2026-27 Atlantic Coast Conference schedule was unveiled Wednesday, with the Yellow Jackets hosting nine games including marquee matchups against Clemson, NC State, Syracuse and Duke.
After 11 non-conference games to open the season, the Jackets host Pitt on Sunday, Dec. 13. Tech looks to build on a 12-4 series record, including victories in each of the last four.
Tech then embarks on its third true road game of the campaign on Thursday, Dec. 17 inside Carmichael Arena against North Carolina. A win would give the Jackets back-to-back road victories at Chapel Hill, N.C. since 2011-12.
Ringing in the New Year on Thursday, Dec. 31 is a home contest against Florida State. Tech then returns to the road Sunday, Jan. 3 at Virginia. After a nail-biting loss to the Cavaliers a season ago, Tech can improve to 5-2 in the last seven games against UVA with a victory.
The Jackets host back-to-back ACC games beginning Thursday, Jan. 7 with rival Clemson followed by Sunday, Jan. 10 versus Wake Forest. This home showdown with the Tigers will mark the 100th meeting in the series – Tech's most-played opponent. Tech will also try to add to its 52-30 series lead over Wake Forest following a last-second loss on the road last season.
Following an upset win over Notre Dame last season, Tech is set to face the Fighting Irish again – this time on the road – Thursday, Jan. 14. A victory here would mark Tech’s first road win at Notre Dame since Dec. 13, 2020 and the first time the Jackets will have ever won back-to-back games in the series.
Monday, Jan. 18 brings a home game versus NC State to McCamish Pavilion. Tech returns to the court three days later to host SMU on Thursday, Jan. 21. The Jackets hold a 2-0 series record over SMU since it joined the ACC.
Following the home battle with the Mustangs, Tech travels to Boston College (Sunday, Jan. 24) before getting a week off. The Jackets are then back on the court Sunday, Jan. 31 vs. Syracuse. Tech leads the series over BC, 18-9, and looks to break its 7-7 series tie with the Orange.
In the first of just two consecutive road games in conference action this season, Tech treks to the west coast to face Stanford (Thursday, Feb. 4) and Cal (Sunday, Feb. 7). Tech defeated Stanford at home last season and is on the hunt for its first road win over either California ACC team.
The Jackets’ trip to California is followed by a four-game stretch against 2026 NCAA Tournament teams, beginning with a home showdown against reigning ACC Champion Duke on Thursday, Feb. 11.
Tech then faces Louisville on the road (Sunday, Feb. 14) and concludes the home schedule vs. Virginia Tech on Sunday, Feb. 21.
Rounding out the 2026-27 regular season are two road games at Clemson on Thursday, Feb. 25 and at Miami (Sunday. Feb. 28).
The 2027 ACC Tournament will take place March 3-7 at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C.
